Please review the following terms before purchasing merchandise from the Store.

Orders & Shipping

  • All products are made to order. Please allow processing time before shipping.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Item Replacement & Store Credit

  • If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, we’ve got you covered:

    • You can request a replacement item free of charge, or

    • You can opt for equivalent store credit.

  • You can also return your item in exchange for a better-fitting size or store credit.

  • All sales are final, meaning no refunds.

  • To initiate a sizing return or request a replacement, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a clear photo of the issue along with your order number.

  • Store credit can be used toward any item in the shop and does not expire.
